I am a researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of educational technology, learning sciences, and teacher education.
Here is my curriculum vitae.
I have received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where I carried out my doctoral research at the Centre for Educational Technology under the supervision of Dr. Sahana Murthy (Professor). My thesis research explored the role of context in the emergence of teachers’ beliefs and practices of technology integration. The thesis considers teachers’ context as a complex system and takes an ecological perspective to understand the interactions happening in the context and how they are influencing teachers.
I am an active member of the EdTech Society, Mumbai, and have played a key role in designing and facilitating practitioner-led research initiatives, including the Practitioner Research Idea Summit (PRISm). PRISm offers structured mentorship, learning, and collaborative research opportunities for teachers from diverse fields, including engineering, liberal arts, and school education, who often have no prior experience in educational technology research. I have also contributed to EdTech Tulna, a collaborative initiative with the Centre for Educational Technology and Central Square Foundation, focused on developing research-based frameworks for evaluating educational technology products in India.
I currently serve as Head of Educational Services at InclusiveMinds Learning Collective Private Limited, a startup incubated at the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. In this role, I lead the organisation’s educational services, including the design of learning experiences for children with neurodiversity that build on their interests and strengths to support inclusive education.
